Getting started
Install the app + browser ext
Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android — plus a Chrome/Firefox extension for one-keystroke issue creation.
Set up your first workspace
Workspace = top-level container. Most teams use one workspace per company; multi-workspace is for agencies.
Create your first issue
Press C anywhere. Title, then ⌘↵ to save. Add the rest later — labels, estimate, assignee, parent.
Workflow
Triage workflow
Run a daily 15-minute triage. Inbox → label, prioritize, assign. AI triage (beta) handles 60% of suggestions.
Cycles + sprints
Two-week cycles. Plan on Monday, retro on Friday. The cycle engine handles rollover.
Projects + milestones
Multi-month goals with milestones. Roll up across teams.
