A member is anyone you've invited to your workspace. Guests on shared issues don't count.

Yes, any time. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What happens to my data if I cancel?▾
We retain it for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that it's purged from primary storage; backups roll off within 90 days.
