1. What we collect
Account info, content you create in the product (issues, projects, comments), product usage telemetry, and payment info.
2. How we use it
To operate the product, send you transactional emails, debug issues, and improve features. We do not sell your data.
3. Session replay
Our Relyv.ai SDK captures session replay with PII redacted at the source — account numbers, payment cards, and personally identifying free-text are masked before any byte leaves your browser.
4. Sub-processors
See /legal/dpa for the current sub-processor list (AWS, Stripe, Postmark, Datadog).
5. Your rights
Access, export, correct, or delete your data via Settings → Privacy. GDPR + CCPA rights honored within 30 days.
6. Retention
Account data retained while the relationship is active and for 30 days after deletion request, then purged.
