1. Acceptance
By accessing RelyvFlow you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us within 24 hours if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no abuse of other users, no automated scraping outside the documented API. We may suspend accounts that violate these.
4. Subscription + billing
Monthly + annual subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; refunds are pro-rated to the day.
5. Data ownership
Your data is yours. You can export at any time as JSON or CSV. We do not train AI models on customer content without explicit opt-in.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
